The staff is so friendly and helpful here! I had been searching for a ferret in the area and had no luck until I was referred here. Getting my baby girl here was one of the best decisions I've ever made! She's so sweet and affectionate, and she had clearly been well taken care of. I highly recommend checking Pet Partners out for your small animal needs!

My husband and I came in for a hamster and left with the sweetest little mini Rex rabbit. Awesome staff!! So helpful and they obviously care for the animals very well because the animals are all very socialized with people. We’ve had our bunny for over a month now and he’s still a sweetly!

Such a great locally owned store with friendly staff. We started boarding our dogs here when we are away. The staff takes great care of our dogs, and we highly recommend boarding your fur babies here. They have nice, large kennels for them and big areas for play. We also buy our dog food here and crickets for our granddaughter's frogs.

Very knowledgeable staff. Always friendly and ready to help. More of a pet supply store than a pet store, but they will order pets for you. In store they have betas, goldfish, hamsters, bunnies, and guinea pigs. They carry a wide variety of pet foods and supplies. They have lots of "feeder" options including crickets, worms, and mice of different sizes, and a fully stocked frozen section. Overall a great store

Small, quiet, unassuming store- obviously appreciated by all who frequent it. When we went for the first time we were told about their rewards program. You don't expect that from a small, independent shop, but we were pleasantly surprised! We loved the "pets welcome" atmosphere- especially since a kind, and convincing Santa was their to do pictures with either pets or kids, when we went. Will definitely be back! (Got what we need, and loved the Tupperware selection too!)

Super friendly staff. Lots of options and and decent pricing. They have the BEST feeder crickets you can get in the area that don't all die within a few days! We have had them last for WEEKS and some have even bred.

I stopped in there a few minutes before closing time needing supplies for my cat who just left the vet after having been hit by a car this morning. They were super friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful when I was looking for easy things to feed and care for my baby. When I asked about a soft bed they told me that the ones they sold were soft but that they probably weren't plush enough and led me to a shopping cart of donated pet beds that someone lovingly hand made and went through them until they found a super plush soft one that would be comfortable and gave it to me. They could have up sold me anything in the store today but they chose to consider my pets needs over profits. That shows the true nature of their employees. They've gained a customer for life.
